Generally, computer and its peripheral are came with 1 - 3 years warranty. If the defected units is out of warranty , and need to fix , you have to pay service charge or even must bring that unit to service center youreself. Service contract can help them. An advantage of service contract is it will guarantee that you will have an effective computers and its peripherals for use. Besides it is not worth to pay high expense for fixing and maintaining computers and its peripherals.

4. If not specified , service contract does not including parts fee. In case of change for parts, customers have to pay for expense of part.
5. Service contract is valid for 1 year. We will inform customer 1 month in advance whether or not they want to continue the contract.
6. Customers have a privilege to get sales supporting from PCThai Proserv when they sign service contract.
