Tip : What to bring for your carry-in service :-
For repairs: the faulty computer CPU and/or other troublesome equipment.
For other services: the computer equipment that will be affected. Contact PCThai Proserv with questions.
Any software that came with your computer, which includes the operating system CDs or diskettes.
If you are having trouble with specific software:
bring in the faulty software CDs or diskettes
Unless you're having specific trouble with them, don't bring the monitor, keyboard, mouse or printer.
