On-site Service
If you sign a service contract with PCThai Proserv, those contract will come with on-site service . Both preventive maintenance and per-call remedial maintenance , PCThai Proserv shall render maintenance on-site. However for home user as well as typical cooperate user , PCThai Proserv offer on-site service too.
Home user who do not have a time or found that it is too difficult to carry your equipment to our service center , PCThai Proserv are provide on-site service where we will arrange part / technician for delivery service to you. Basically ,our technical should use their best effort to fix equipment at customer site, but in case that those repairing can not finish on-site, we will pick-up that unit for in-house service.
For cooperate user, on-site service will help them to reduce time consuming and expense. Instead of dedicate their people, vehicle to arrange defected unit for repairing, PCThai Proserv have on-site service where customer only call us to request for on-site service. We will arrange engineer to analyze your problem , then if your problem are exactly need on-site service, PCThai Proserv will render on-site service base on "next business day" .
